What’s the opportunity?
Just Eat’s Talent Acquisition Team are looking for a a sharp and commitmed Talent Acquisition Associate with experience of working in a fast-paced and autonomous environments. The suitable candidate will work within the Talent Acquisition Team, and directly contribute to the end to end hiring of individuals across the business globally.
Ensuring that Just Eat has the right people in the business is critical to our future success. As such, this vacancy plays an important role in supporting recruitment drives within our Engineering, Delivery / Projects and Data teams. This is a diverse role that will include overseeing advertising, directly sourcing via LinkedIn, Stackoverflow and other channels, screening, running assessment centres, getting involved in Meetups, community and more.
Manage end to end recruitment processes across Engineering, Delivery / Projects and Data
Working alongside hiring managers to understand individual vacancies
Manage and support the recruitment advertising across online platforms
Proactively source talent for Just Eat by actively networking, headhunting, talent hacking and via referrals
Oversee internal recruitment processes end to end
Manage the offer, onboarding and new starter process alongside HR
Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes
Contribute and support the Talent Acquisition & Rewards strategy across Just Eat
Your skills and experience:
A minimum of 18 months recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Experience in recruiting for at least one related discipline (Engineering, Projects / Delivery or Data)
Demonstrable experience of telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Experience of working with a high volume of vacancies
Strong communication skills
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System beneficial
Exposure to recruitment advertising
Experience working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
Experience in pro-active candidate acquisition using a variety of tools and methods
Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
