Senior Commercial Finance Analyst/Business Partner Just Eat
The Finance team has to help the business grow and achieve its goals. We partner across the business with new initiatives, from sales to technology, in order to support growth in all areas. Our role is to take into account every aspect of the company combined, to make sure we’re financially sound and heading in the right direction. With the rate at which our business is growing, life in the finance department is never dull. Every day is different and provides a different challenge, whether that’s forecasting, reporting or learning - there’s a lot of room to prove yourself and to progress.
Highly commercial analyst/controller needed to support our marketing function as we look to build a single view of performance across all our markets.
Reporting into the marketing partner, and acting as a key contact for the local marketing and group marketing directors, the role will look to drive the adoption of common frameworks, processes and KPI’s. Additionally it will look to analyse the performance of current marketing investments, helping to establishing a global trading pack by defining and reporting on the metrics which impact our performance.
Conduct analysis on spend and performance across markets, building appropriate reports, financial models and tableau dashboards.
Identifying best practices within markets and sharing these in order to optimise our marketing performance at a group level.
Helping to build a global trading pack, and subsequently run weekly trading reviews.
Acting as a key contact for the Global Brand and Global Growth teams.
Supporting the marketing business partner on the negotiation of global contracts for platforms (i.e. Salesforce).
Working closely with stakeholders from other functions to deliver a suite of marketing/business tools that allow us to better plan our marketing investment mix i.e. attribution, econometrics.
Aligning the markets on their budgeting and 3 year planning, whilst explaining differences and identifying emerging trends.
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with some solid years of post qualification experience or a extensive number years within a highly analytical role.
Ability to work independently, accurately and at pace.
Strong analysis and reasoning skills
Good grasp of numbers and the ability to present these to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience of supporting marketing would be desirable (but not essential).
