We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive sales person to join our growing sales team at AO Outlet.The primary remit will be to maintain, develop and grow retail sales. This is a genuinely superb opportunity for a talented individual to develop the role to include new business development and account management.You will be dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and via e-mail. If you are as passionate and dedicated to growing a business which punches well above its weight, we do need you!

Here's what you can expect to be doing

We are looking for a new Sales and Service Operative to generate greater revenue from the retail sales of white goods through existing and new UK retail markets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with a caring approach to customer service and a lean and smart approach to account management.
  • Reporting to Site Manager.
  • Previous sales account management experience not essential as training will be given.
  • Sales targets will be based on weekly, monthly and quarterly volumes, profit and new customers.
  • Average order values range from £100 - £2.5k.
  • You will be based at our flagship store in Telford, and the ideal candidate must live within a commutable distance of Telford.
  • Maximising sales via all sales streams.
  • Dealing with customer service issues.
  • Directing merchandising of stock in the warehouse.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Listing items using Ebay and Gumtree.
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm.
