We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive sales person to join our growing sales team at AO Outlet.The primary remit will be to maintain, develop and grow retail sales. This is a genuinely superb opportunity for a talented individual to develop the role to include new business development and account management.You will be dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and via e-mail. Here's what you can expect to be doing
We are looking for a new Sales and Service Operative to generate greater revenue from the retail sales of white goods through existing and new UK retail markets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with a caring approach to customer service and a lean and smart approach to account management.
Reporting to Site Manager.
Previous sales account management experience not essential as training will be given.
Sales targets will be based on weekly, monthly and quarterly volumes, profit and new customers.
Average order values range from £100 - £2.5k.
You will be based at our flagship store in Telford, and the ideal candidate must live within a commutable distance of Telford.
Maximising sales via all sales streams.
Dealing with customer service issues.
Directing merchandising of stock in the warehouse.
Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Listing items using Ebay and Gumtree.
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm.
