Our People Team Intern program will enable you to gain exposure to some of the key Human Resources functions while also contributing to key projects that help deliver our team goals and objectives. We are presently looking to hire an intern that will contribute to our initiatives and activities in the space of Benefits, Compensation, Shared Services and Talent Development.
As part of this internship you will get to actively contribute to and be part of activities that help manage talent and their progression effectively at ARM. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to activities that help ARM make the most of its talent, appreciate the diversity in ideas, thoughts and opinions that they bring and be able to leverage this for business success.
You will be assigned a mentor for the duration of your internship who will guide you and provide the needed support to ensure that you are able to contribute effectively and make the most of the learning experience
What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
We are looking for candidates with an interest to pursue a career in Human Resources or a related field with a strong academic record; so we encourage applications from candidates who are currently working toward degrees in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
As a successful HR intern candidate, you will need to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail. The ability to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision is also essential

About the office
The ARM Austin office employs staff from across all divisions of ARM and is considered the engineering hub for North America.
