This is a rare opportunity to join a People team with a focus on our People System - Workday in a fast paced, dynamic business. Initially you will be working with the People Operations team to understand and learn our processes, you will then undergo Workday training to support the development of global processes tools and system.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all core People operational process for employee life cycle (both transactional and support) to customers within an acceptable level of time and to a high standard.

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in the maintenance of Workday and lead or participate in Workday project work such as design, testing, training; use the Workday reporting functionalities to produce value add People reports and analytics which help us make informed people decisions and support our stakeholders.

  • Lead on our Workday system changes and upgrades, supporting all process changes

  • You will work with the People team to shape understand, support document and validate requirements and help refine them where required.

  • You will be a key interface between business stakeholders and the development team, to ensure the software and system meet the needs of users and that of our overall business strategy.

  • Support the end-to-end cycle as required for process owners from developing project planning to developing and test scenarios


Required skills and experience
  • Previous experience of working in a service orientated People department

  • Strong interpersonal skills - can communicate effectively and build effective relationships

  • Resourceful in their approach to resolving day to day operational issues and queries

  • A high degree of integrity, confidentiality and commitment

  • Able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and work without supervision]

  • Strong preference for data and systems

  • At ease using excel and interpreting data

Desirable skills

  • Experience of developing best practise HR processes for global organisations

  • Managing business change and communication processes

  • Exposure to working in a second line support environment within a system environment

  • Experience of supporting with a system implementation

  • Languages
