We collaborate with all areas of the business to ensure our customers have the most effortless experience possible. This means looking after customer services, ensuring basic operations run with ease and making sure logistics are executed to perfection. The Operations team need to constantly support the continued growth and global scale of Just Eat. Our meals are usually delivered within 45 minutes and in most cases less than that. Managing that responsibility on a global scale is huge and it’s our responsibility to do just that.

The opportunity

Job Title: Customer Operations Administrator (Part time)

Working Hours: Mon, Sat, Sun 16:00 - 00:00 (22.5 hours per week)

Department: Customer Operations

Reports to: Real Time Analyst Manager

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to join an administrative team within Customer Operations. This is a diverse and exciting role and will primarily focus on supporting our buffer teams, and help with any live issues they may need assistance with. You will be required to use your understanding of existing processes and be actively vigilant when investigating vouchers and menu-related queries.

Key responsibilities

  • To support our buffer teams on HipChat

  • To create and process voucher codes, in line with departmental and company processes, including fraud analysis

  • Assist with daily reporting

  • Collating data and reporting on voucher code usage

  • To make first line menu changes

  • To support agents via use of Cybersource and Adyen

  • To work closely and be a support for the agents, supervisors and the management team

  • Ability to spot trends over periods of time and present findings to management along with potential solutions to improve or enhance performance

  • Work with the Operational management team to continuously review processes and make positive changes to drive success and exceptional service delivery

Required skills and experience
  • Ability to multi-skill and manage own time

  • Having a great eye for detail

  • Knowledgeable on internal processes

  • Ability to think on your feet and provide assistance where required

  • Ability to spot trends and log data using documents and spreadsheets

  • Hardworking and enjoys a challenge

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Able to communicate with staff at all levels
