More About the RoleAt AO, we’re passionate about helping our customers find amazing appliances for their home - and this journey starts with our incredible online content. As a UX & Product Copywriter you’ll play an important role in helping to communicate key product information to our customers through your copy across the website. We have an important job of turning the technical and complicated into friendly, easy-to-understand content, so you’ll need to be super-creative and be able to keep your content varied and full of personality. You’ll also need to have an innovative mindset - we want our online content to be the best in the world, and you’ll be a big part of that! You’ll also need to be someone who can comfortably and accurately explain complex features to our customers. Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing* Writing influential and informative content for our kitchen and home appliances
* Providing content for high-performing Best pages
* Getting to grips with the latest tech by regularly attending manufacturer training
* Working closely with teams around the business including Products and Insights to ensure perfection in everything we do
* Proofing, editing and amending content
A Few Things About You* Qualifications in English Language / Marketing or a relevant subject
* At least 2 years’ experience in writing online content
* Hard working and ambitious
* Excellent communicator
* Highly organised and proactive
* A genuine interest and love of content, writing and storytelling
