Total Rewards Analyst
Responsible for compliance and administration of Company’s share plans
Support markets world-wide with annual pay and bonus review processes, including the production and validation of supporting data and the provision of modelling and analysis to aid decision making
Manage internal benchmark database for the purpose of mapping roles into a global level and salary framework
Participate in salary surveys and recommend new surveys to ensure adequate representation for all of the organization's jobs worldwide
Provide analysis and advice on benchmarking and salary recommendations.
Deliver knowledge on the market and competitor remuneration and advise accordingly
Assist in the planning and implementation of compensation programmes and projects
Maximise the application of compensation tools to support business initiatives/compensation strategies
Support in the drafting and checking of Remuneration Committee papers
First point of escalation of all compensation related queries and calculations from the People Team and the business
Maintenance of Reward Team intranet providing clear and accurate information to employees.
Assisting the Total Rewards Team with projects, reporting and analysis
Experience of participation in salary surveys and knowledge of benchmarking and job evaluation methodology (Towers Watson and Radford preferred)
Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables and IF statements and experience dealing with large volumes of data
Advanced numeracy and analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data from multiple sources and extract insight in a clear and succinct manner
Willing to support other team members when needed
