Levy Restaurants provide a unique and tailor-made experience packages for all types of events, site tours to menu tastings, to attract audience groups to exhibitions, including Valentino, Isabella Blow and more.
As Event & Sales Manager you will be the point of contact between Levy Restaurants and the Client, selling, developing, organising and managing the event catering sales process from the time of enquiry through to the post event feedback. The Event & Sales Manager will actively work as part of the Sales and Events Team to increase and enhance the level of Sales. Proactively up selling the services by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. You will operate and maintain the systems for client ordering and all related processing, ensuring the highest standards in accuracy and efficiency.

- To facilitate sales, client and contractual relationships ensuring that we are true partners in their business
- Maintains a strong relationship with client during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services.
- Alongside the Sales Team to cultivate repeat clients & to proactively explore ways of promoting the services of the business
- To react to the incoming business in a timely manner and working closely with the client in getting the business converted.
- Computer experience with databases, PowerPoint and Delphi
- Experience within event planning
- London market experience (essential)
- Experience of working with a client group
- Flexible in approach to hours, input and adapting to change
- Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and numerate
- Experienced in liaising with clients across a variety of backgrounds, managing their expectations to the highest level with a strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail, whilst respecting and adhering to the limitations of an historic venue.
- Experience in a demanding hospitality environment.
