We are looking for a Project Leader to our Gödöllő site!
►Lead the selected key, strategic projects from the Site project portfolio according to the local procedures,
►Support other project leaders in the Project Management (especially where a Subject Matter Expert leads the project),
►Support the local Project Management Officer by:
• Create/update Project Management related templates, documents, training materials,
• Deliver Project Management and Microsoft Project training,
• Data collection and support of monthly Project Board. Focus area: Resource Management (reporting, follow-up and feedback).
►Develop true partnerships with other project leaders (transversal & local), Site Leadership Team and global Project Management team.
►Lead selected key projects,
►Deliver the project product (time, cost, quality),
►Be compliant with Project Management determined by local procedures and system (project milestone and resource plan, project initiation form, Reporting),
►Involve and manage stakeholders,
►Escalates problems, risks, delays,
►Provide updates on monthly Project Board meeting,
►Support other project leaders in the Project Management,
►Create/update templates, documents, training materials,
►Increase the efficiency and the planning of resource management process.
►University or college degree: pharmaceutical or life sciences or engineering or related areas,
►1-3 years of industrial experience preferably in project management, production, engineering, quality or supply chain area,
►Basic knowledge on project management tools & techniques,
►Advance level of English knowledge (spoken and written),
►Presentation and influencing skills,
►Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, SAP,
►Creative and innovative attitude.
