National Key Account Manager Just Eat

The Sales team’s job is also to acquire new restaurant partners and welcome them into our community by introducing our values and USPs.
It’s not just about getting orders though. Working for our Sales team means you’ll need to hold our partners’ hands throughout our partnership and provide them with the advice they’ll need - as and when they need it.

In Italy, we operate with more than 10,000 restaurant partners in 1,000 cities.
With the Branded Restaurant Groups (BRGs), becoming increasingly more relevant to the Just Eat business, the ability to partner and manage the Branded Restaurant Groups has become a key component of the business development strategy.
We’ve already onboarded on the Just Eat platform the main Branded Restaurant Groups in Italy (i.e. main chains and quick service restaurants), with hundreds of stores spread all over the country, and the goal is to do even better in the early.
For this reason we are looking for a National Key Account Manager who will report directly into the Italy Sales Director and will work closely with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Delivery and Finance teams to drive continued and sustainable growth through developing and growing BRGs’ accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
developing a deep understanding of the takeaway sector, trends and the competitive landscape;
defining the best strategy and operating plan to onboard new branded restaurant groups on the Just Eat platform in Italy and ensure the growth of those we are already partnering with;
defining Just Eat’s commercial proposals and negotiate T&Cs and SLA with BRGs;
co-ordinating the different internal and external stakeholders and being the main point of contact to ensure seamless service delivery to both partners and customers;
building and maintaining strong and long lasting strategic relationships with branded partners;
effectively communicating the value proposition to our restaurant partners, to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement;
analysing performance data and creating reports to present insights to key stakeholders;
regularly meeting with clients to review and improve our operations;
ensuring BRGs are aware of the latest Just Eat solutions to drive efficiencies, grow their business and maximise potential with us;
ensuring BRGs are committed to give the best experience to the Just Eat’s customers and to respect the agreed processes and SLA;
using internal platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Restaurant Manager) and data to analyse BRGs’ performance and identify key opportunities for their growth and KPI Improvements;
defining and managing your team activities (1 inside sales account)
Required skills and experience
Key account management experience
Proven ability to grow accounts through increased engagement and identifying upsell opportunities
Experience analysing data with great attention to detail
Ability to build key relationships and drive long term engagement
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent team worker
Goal driven and experience of working within a fast paced and high growth environment

Fluent in English
Available to travel within national territory (about 50% of time)
