NCC Group is looking for a Head of Learning and Development to implementing our L&D programmes worldwide
As the face of L&D, you will be an energetic and captivating person who will be able to engage with all levels of stakeholders, as well as the ability to lead your team across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have the ability provide specialist expertise to the HRD & Heads of HR in the development of organisational culture, performance management, leadership, employee engagement and all aspects of organisational change and development.
You will also be involved in:
- The development and implementation of the group-wide corporate Learning & Development Strategies
- Plans and policies - managing implementation against agreed corporate time frames
- Budget management and reporting against agreed performance measures.
- Previous experience of working across multi-state locations and time zones, within a Company that has experience of mergers and acquisitions is essential.
