The Global Head of Brand is a key role in the Group Marketing team. As part of a global marketing community you will work closely with the Group Marketing team (based in London) and collaborate as One Team with colleagues around the globe to deliver effective and efficient marketing activity. The successful candidate will be a natural collaborator with fantastic people skills and an exceptional ability to deliver creative assets into market on time and on budget.
The food delivery marketplace is very competitive and fast moving with plenty of growth opportunity. The candidate must be comfortable working with a large degree of autonomy and in a tech company culture - fast moving, experimental, delivery oriented.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Group Marketing function as a brand ambassador for Just Eat. The Global Head of Brand is responsible for the agency management and timely creative output and local market asset creation delivery. The role exists to develop further our brand position and increase awareness across all of our markets, to reach more customers and build brand love.
Reporting into our Global Brand Director, the successful applicant will work alongside external agencies, designers, marketing executives, copywriters and closely with our Global Head of Design. You will need to build several relationships with stakeholders in most departments of the business - establishing yourself as a senior, go-to member of the Brand team.
You will need to plan, create and present ideas to the Just Eat markets on a regular basis – following ideas through to execution and delivery. You’ll be hungry to seek out new opportunities and eager to help the business reach awareness, engagement and order targets. You will support on everything from high-profile consumer campaigns to partner marketing communications that require inspiring, engaging and impactful on-brand content.
As well as building international relationships, moving forward, the successful applicant will also be required to get closer to both Product (app), UX and Ops.
As Global Head of Brand you will be responsible for delivering on-brand creative and successful advertising campaigns in all of our Just Eat markets (inc. Menulog). You will need to be passionate about brand identity with an ability to bring the brand to life across all marketing channels. You will be able to provide a brand vision for the design team as well as other relevant departments within Just Eat. You will be able to establish departmental processes and practices and set the bar for creative consistency and quality across the Just Eat business, globally.
Develop TV, OOH and print creative
Ensure the right resource is available and that the agency, Studio and Insight team are involved (where relevant) from the outset of any project briefing
Strive for continuous improvement and excellence across all Just Eat creative assets and creative output
Ownership of the global creative process creating a strong and distinctive brand that drives affinity
Manage the day to day global creative agency relationship
Create an inspiring and positive culture
Develop, maintain and adhere to the Just Eat brand guidelines across marketing channels across markets
Advise on design/creative output across all Just Eat markets

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and creative individual who genuinely wants to drive growth in a customer-centric, data enabled organisation.
Collaboration and matrix working ability is critical in this role. The candidate must be great at building relationships at all levels, and be comfortable working within a global marketing environment where some structural elements are provided by the central team and others others created and executed in market.
You will be a commercially-minded and brand-oriented marketer operating at a senior level with expertise across brand creative. Fluency in oral and written English is required.
Required skills and experience
Experience in advertising especially in creating TV ad production including excellent creative judgement
Proven experience in building consensus, working collaboratively (whilst supportive of an efficient global strategy) and being sensitive to local market/cultural nuances
Proven brand management experience, preferably for well-known brands
Confident and convincing presentation of ideas and creative direction
Have an integrated background and understand the agency environment allowing you to work with key third parties/stakeholders
Experience in developing TV, OOH and print and social creative
Understand the Just Eat ToV and how best to integrate it with the creative process
Strong budget management
Ability to devise and run workshops and present to senior stakeholders
A strong work ethic with a proactive positive attitude
A visual thinker with a strong eye for good design
Strong organisational skills
