As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be the voice of our business, speaking to our customers across multiple channels, we need you to deliver multi award-winning customer service to new and existing customers. We love it when our customers get a care free and personable service, which is why we will give you the freedom to be yourself. 

We love it here, but if we’re honest, working for Ocado isn’t for everyone. Our business is built on inspiration, finding solutions and on delivering world-class service. Not everyone gets that. Our Contact Centre advisors are at the heart of our business, with our store-free business model, they are the only contact our customers get with us (besides the driver). 

The successful candidates must have:

*The shifts that we offer are 7 days a week from 6:00am to 11:00pm. We need people that can fully commit to shifts between these days and times.
