- At least 2 years of job experience within a Compensation & Benefits role (internships not included)
- Experience in FMCG environment
- High system / tools affinity
- Very good Excel Skills
- Strong knowledge of German tax and social law system
- Solid knowledge of Payroll fundamentals
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Fluency in German is mandatory
