About the role

Arm is in a unique position to capture value in the growing infrastructure market. It's an exciting time to become a member of the team that's developing & executing strategies needed to capture this growth for Arm. Specifically, this role will be reporting into Hyperscale segment.


What will I be accountable for?

As a Senior Manager, Segment Marketing, you will be responsible to develop & execute strategies & plans to engage and grow business at key cloud hyperscale cloud customers / partners.

  • Developing & executing Go-To-Market strategies & plans to establish Arm as a leader in server & networking technologies

  • Partner with Product Management & Engineering to develop product positioning messaging

  • Identify key customer requirements from IP & Software point-of-view and work with product & software ecosystem teams to ensure they are incorporated into the roadmap

  • Develop & maintain market model for some of the key hyperscale cloud customers / partners

  • Develop a deep understanding of Hyperscale infrastructure market trends.

  • Gather and maintain competitive positioning data

  • Develop & maintain marketing collateral – presentations, blogs, whitepapers

  • Represent Arm at some of the key events, relevant technology conferences, tradeshows

Job Requirements

What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

  • Master's in engineering or technology. MBA is desirable but not required.

  • 10 or more years of combined experience in engineering, product management, solutions marketing

  • 3 or more years of experience in working with Enterprise / Cloud server &/or networking solutions

  • 3 or more years of experience in customer / ecosystem engagement

  • Prior experience working with Cloud/Hyperscale customers is strongly desired

  • Prior experience in Server & Networking technologies is strongly desired

  • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on the strategic plan developed

  • High level of personal & professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

  • Prior experience working with cross-functional team and environments
