Reporting to the Marketing Director, Specialty Brand Payer and Access, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing tools and tactics in support of executing GSK Specialty brand strategies to optimize access for patients and to achieve brand business objectives.
This role will serve as the voice of the Payer and Access customers to the brand and will need to coordinate with matrix stakeholders to ensure that the needs of the brand are met. This person will work to influence brand strategy to ensure that Payer and Access dynamics are incorporated, and that key tactical projects are funded and implemented. This person will provide marketing support to multiple field teams inclusive of the Payer Account teams, Field Reimbursement teams, Channel teams and Account Specialists as it relates to coverage, coding, payment and distribution dynamics for the brand.
This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director, Brand Payer and Access to develop business cases for Pricing, Reimbursement, Access & Distribution needs and to secure Governance approval.
