More About the Role Working with the CRM Manager and Senior CRM Executive responsible for the email ‘campaign’ revenue stream, you’ll help to deliver a market leading CRM newsletter programme for our AO Retail, AO Business and AO.de sites. You’ll help develop the customer journey across multi-channel touch points driving sales to achieve weekly revenue targets, as well as the key KPI’s of open and click rate.The main focus for this role is retention and reactivation to ultimately drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
  • Working closely with key business stakeholders to gather requirements for new business wide campaigns and support manufacturer campaigns.
  • Assisting the Senior CRM Executive with planning out the content for each of our newsletter campaigns.
  • Writing the email newsletter briefs to ensure the creative team know what we need from them.
  • Managing feedback on creative designs and copy from key stakeholders and feeding these amends back to the creative team.
  • Schedule email build time with the Email Development team.
  • Brief the Email Development team on each build requirement and supply them with the assets in good time.
  • Testing the links in each proof email.

  • Highly organised as you’ll be working on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Great attention to detail as you’ll need to gather feedback accurately
  • Confident as you’ll need to feel comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • If you can speak German, it would be an advantage but not essential
