This role is an entry level role who would suit someone wanted to break into a career in insurance, you'll report to the oprations manager for Hiscox broker.

The role

You’ll love solving problems and be a maverick for making things better by driving efficiency and continual service improvements across the UK underwriting channel.

In your new role you’ll play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of efficient continuous improvement methodologies by helping us work smarter with the resources we have whilst making our customer journey for our Brokers the best it can be. You will conduct your own analysis on our business, but also rely on feedback from our people and our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join this newly formed team on a 12 month maternity cover contract to really make a difference and gain some relevant skills in a changing world.
